Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO)

The PHSO was set up by Parliament to help both individuals and the public look into complaints where an individual believes there has been injustice or hardship because an organisation has not acted properly or fairly or has given a poor service and not put things right.

Our powers are set out in law and our service is free for everyone.

By following the relevant links, you can find out more about who they are, their strategic plan, their values and how they work.

If you wish to make a complaint, you can do so here: http://www.ombudsman.org.uk/make-a-complaint
