Clive Williams - Commemorative Bench

Family, friends and former colleagues of Clive Williams gathered on a wet afternoon last week to remember the late Shoreham County Councillor and unveil a bench in his memory on the new Ferry Road platform at the southern end of the Adur Ferry Bridge.

Lancing Station ticket machines

Two ticket machines have been replaced as part GTR's plans to invest in and install 471 new modern ticket machines across the network. Lancing station has had one card/cash machine and one card only machine installed this month. These machines were installed on the 3rd and 13th April.

Cannabis Cafe Opening

I was delighted to be asked to visit a new development off Freshbrook Road in Lancing, which was once home to the notorious ‘Hole in the Wall’ cannabis café that used to cause such misery for local residents.
