Maintained Nursery Schools Update

Great news for Boundstone and other maintained nurseries today - the Government will extend the supplementary funding paid to local authorities - by a sum of approximately £24 million - to enable them to fully-fund maintained nursery schools for the whole of the 2019/2020 academic year.

My full speech from the debate in Westminster Hall this afternoon on rough sleeping - very proud to be able to talk about the scheme we have in Worthing. Immense credit must go to Roffey Homes, Turning Tides, Cllrs Alex Harman and Keith Bickers, to name a few.
