Tim raises alarm over Government's plans to severely downgrade Worthing and Southlands' Hospitals.
In his struggle to stop the Government from closing his constituent's local hospital's Accident and Emergency and Maternity Services Tim Loughton raised the issue at Health Questions in the Commons.
