Tim criticises the Government for demonizing children
On the last day of Parliament before the recess in July, in his role as Shadow Minister for Children, Tim responded to the Government's Green Paper on Youth Strategy and raised concerns that it had taken the Government 10 years to produce an outline of how to better engage this country's young people.
