Tim Loughton Defends Findon Valley Residents Right to Local Banking as HSBC Attempts to Close Local Lifeline
Tim Loughton MP for East Worthing and Shoreham will be marching alongside local residents from Findon Valley tomorrow at 12pm. They will be walking from the Findon Valley Branch of the Bank, HSBC, to the branch at Broadwater.
The local HSBC branch at Findon Valley is due to close despite the residents of the area relying on the services it provides. Tim is huge supporter of local communities and feels that this is a loss the local people of Findon Valley should not have to endure. There is a large local elderly population for whom travelling to further a field branches by car or bus is not an option.
Tim is inviting the local media to come down and have a look at the march take place with a chance to speak to both Tim and the local residents.
