Launch of the National Citizen's Service

On Thursday 8 April 2010, David Cameron launched the Conservative Party’s National Citizen’s Service which Tim helped to devise.

Under the proposals all 16 year olds would be given the opportunity to go on a three week challenge after their GCSEs where they would mix with young people from different backgrounds, practice team building and devise and execute projects to help their own communities.
