Along with serving the good people of East Worthing and Shoreham, Tim was the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Children and Young Families from 2010-2012. He had responsibility for Children’s Trusts, Children’s Services inspection and intervention, Social Work Taskforce, Children’s workforce, ContactPoint, family law, children in care, domestic violence, National Citizen Service, sport, youth services and youth crime.
